Nature of the business

Bolt & Seam designs and sells original illustrated apparel online. All garments are manufactured to order by third-party print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to the customer. We hold no physical retail premises and no finished stock.

Production and fulfilment are carried out by Printify, Inc. and its network of print facilities in North America, Europe and elsewhere.

Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Applicable Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/QST) are calculated and displayed at checkout where they apply. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

We prepare the content of this site with care, but we accept no liability for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Product images and colours are shown as faithfully as possible; screen rendering may vary.

Applicable law

Use of this site and all purchases are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's country of residence.
